Firstly Congratulations to you both!


We here at Complete Disco Events realise that your wedding is one of the most, if not the most important days of your life and that you will spend months organising and planning your special day. You have probably also had visions of what the day should be like for many years, and therefore everything has to be perfect - that's why we are here to help!


We do not offer cheesy disco lights or ramble on the microphone between every song, we are here to provide you with our professional advice and to ensure that your big day goes off just the way that you have been planning.


Over the years we have undertaken 100's of weddings accross the South East, from hotel, marquee and country manor weddings. We have a huge amount of experience in planning and providing the correct service for your wedding day. Not only do we offer a huge amount of upfront planning but we also offer practical solutions for event day, such as early / day before set up to allow all of the equipment to be set up prior to guests arrival (great if your meal and reception are in the same space), background music, microphones for speeches and many more.


For all of our wedding bookings, planning is the most important element to success, we therefore assign a member of staff to deal with your event, they are your single point of contact throughout the planning period. They are there to answer all of your questions, queries and ideas as well as compiling all of the details required to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We will then arrange to visit the venue and meet you to discuss access, detailed timings, music, room layouts etc from this your assigned member of staff will take all of these details and put together a complete plan of your weddings entertainment, this will include layout plans, timing programmes, music and associated information. Once all of the details have been agreed, the planning documentation will then be passed over to our member of staff that will be undertaking the event, they will be in contact two weeks prior to your big day to ensure that you have no further questions.


Complete Disco Events are proud to offer our unique online planning system to all of clients, this is a secure online area that you be given access to. It is a location that you can view your entire booking online, view the status of planning tools, payments and music. The key part to our online system, is that you have full access to our music library, here you can create a playlist, request songs and add announcements for a specific song. A new feature that we have added is the 'Guest Request' area, here you can provide all of your guests with the login details prior to your wedding, every guest can login to our music library and request up to five songs, please note that we do still welcome requests during the event.
